Sprinkle Chef Merito® Steak & Meat Seasoning on the meat.
Preheat a skillet or grill using oil to prevent sticking. Cook the meat at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Slice the meat into small pieces and set aside.
In a saucepan, mix butter and flour on low heat until it forms a paste (roux).
Add whipping cream, cheddar cheese, and Chef Merito® Chicken Seasoning. Mix on low heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.
In a skillet, pour in the black beans and mash with a potato masher. Cook until warm.
Arrange tortilla chips in a serving dish. Spoon a generous amount of cheese sauce over the chips, then cover with beans and the sliced meat.
Garnish with salsa, sour cream, and chopped green onions or jalapeño peppers.
