Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and reserve.
While pasta is cooking, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to make a roux.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce thickens, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Add cheese sauce over macaroni and mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" oven-safe dish.
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Chef Merito® Seasoned Breadcrumbs to the skillet and brown.
Spread prepared breadcrumbs over macaroni to cover.
