Ingredients 1 Large Onion, diced 2 (16 oz.) Cans of Pork and Beans 3 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp. Ketchup 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lime Juice ½ pound Bacon strips, cut into ½ inch pieces 1 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Meat and Steak Seasoning Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F. In a pan, brown bacon until it renders fat. Add onion and cook in bacon fat until translucent. In a Dutch oven or oven-safe container, mix onion, bacon, pork and beans, mustard, maple syrup, light brown sugar, ketchup, Chef Merito® Meat and Steak Seasoning, and lime juice.
