This is just like our traditional Steak and Meat Seasoning or "Carne Asada" seasoning except without the MSG. This item still contains salt. It is perfect for all red meats. For traditional steaks or carne asada, simply sprinkle all over the steak, wait five minutes and grill, pan fry, or broil. Also, sprinkle and rub it all over a roast and roast over a grill at 250 degrees for 20 minutes per pound (usually 1 hour for a standard size roast). Perfecto!
